I send a lot of birthday cards; at least 10 a month. Sometimes I make multiples of the same design, but most of the time I don’t. This card’s background was made with scraps of tissue paper that were layered on top of a piece of white cardstock, then sprayed with water and let dry. Once the tissue was dry, I picked it up off the cardstock, and what remained was a colorful layer that was a bit muted from the original tissue paper colors. It was messy, but fun. The stamps and dies are from Lawn Fawn, and I colored the images with Copic markers.
