I absolutely adore this ATC. The challenge for this swap on atcsforall was to create a card using bubble wrap somehow. I used it to stamp the background, using Distress Ink. The image is from Unity Stamps. It evokes the essence of childhood innocence and fun, blowing bubbles on a sunny day. I colored the image with Copic markers, and I did fussy cut this image, despite how much I hate fussy cutting. I added shine and a little dimension to the bubbles with a Hero Arts crystal clear Lacquer Pen.
